Hercules takes one of her hands in his and gently spins her under his arm, ostensibly so he can take a proper look at what she's created for him to talk to, but also because she's smiling and that makes him happy. He does shit like this when he's happy.

She really does look incredibly beautiful. And also so young too; she looks to be no older than Mako. He feels a little bad for finding her so attractive, because she's clearly far too young for him.
